ClearLending, with open doors, and with limitless help of Patricia and Joan, today we can say “We are home owner’s”. We are truly blessed!   We finally get the opportunity to write down our review. First, we would like to thank Patricia and Joan for all their efforts. It was a bit overwhelming as we were from out of state, from Massachusetts to be exact. From day 1 to closing date. Patricia & Joan worked with us every step of the way. There was NEVER a day off, and NOT one question unanswered. We got FHA loan approved. And today, we are happy to say, we are home owner’s! Thank you so much! Joan & Patricia.

  Hola a todas aquella personas que siguen de cerca Clear lending houston tx. Primeramente decirles que no sientan miedo de tomar una decisión y acercarse para buscar información. Se que para muchos piensan que la compra de casa es un gran problema o un proceso tedioso, Yo también pensé lo mismo pero nada les puedo decir que desde que llegue a la oficina de clear lending donde fui bien recibido ya sabia que formaba parte de la gran familia que es clear lending por la buena atención el ambiente positivo y donde se respiraba aires de logro. Tambien les puedo decir que la profesionalidad y el conocimientos de estas personas hacen que este largo proceso sea menos pesado y mas agradable. Cuando existen personas que conocen lo que estan haciendo hacen los procesos mas faciles, les digo asi porque no solo es yo quiero tal casa o otra. Les digo que no, a lo largo de este proceso es donde comienzas a encontrar lo que quieres aprendes de varios tips que son proporcionados por un gran agente que es Joan gracias a su conocimiento y sus consejos logre obtener la casa que no pensé tener. Independientemente de pensar en mi presupuesto y mis posibilidades la ayuda suya fue muy importante para mi decisión final logrando cumplir este gran sueño.

  Hello to all those people who follow closely Clear lending Houston tx. First, tell them not to be afraid to make a decision and approach to seeking information. I know that for many they think that buying a house is a big problem or a tedious process, I also thought the same thing but I can not tell you that since I arrived at the clear lending office where I was well received, I already knew that I was part of the big family that is clear lending for good attention the positive environment and where you breathe airs of achievement. I can also tell you that the professionalism and knowledge of these people make this long process less heavy and more enjoyable. When there are people who know what they are doing, they make the processes easier, I say so because not only is it I want such a house or another. I tell them that no, throughout this process it is where you start to find what you want, you learn from several tips that are provided by a great agent that is Joan thanks to his knowledge and his advice I managed to get the house that I did not think to have. Regardless of thinking about my budget and my possibilities, your help was very important for my final decision, achieving this great dream.
